M&A training in Geneva

On Friday, the students of the Master II in Corporate Finance specialty attended a one-day training at Ernst & Young in Geneva, Switzerland.  

On the agenda: M&A process, cases of business valuations, due diligence, drafting of the Share Purchase Agreement and post acquisition integration strategy.
