Objective: Faced to the complexity and diversity of financing offers, the entrepreneur must define an appropriate strategy to accommodate in the short to medium and long term his needs with the conditions and consequences of each type of financing. This situation requires him to acquire a global vision of the financing actors, to be selective and to adopt a structured approach to ensure the feasibility of his projects.

Content: The course is an introduction to the financing techniques of companies. At the end of this course, students will be able to understand and use the main principles of financial analysis (balance sheet, income statement, valuation) and to identify the main sources of financing of a company as part of its growth strategy.
