The conference brought together more than 250 students from various Parisian trainings.\n\nFour speakers were invited: Ms. Razika Abchiche, Senior Vice-President in M&A Department, Lazard; Mr. Laurent Barbara, M&A operations business lawyer and partner at Baker & McKenzie; Mr. Xavier Petet, Counselor at Clifford Chance and Mrs. Julie Watremez of the M&A department of BNP Paribas.<\/p>\n
